“To All Passersby of the Freedom Trail”

This was the first project I jumped on while working on the design team at Stebbings Partners. A take on the historical context of its location on Union Street in Boston, The Tap Trailhouse offers a colonial dining experience with provisions to match. We carried the re-brand through the pages in the menu, promotional materials, and printed collateral. I was responsible for sourcing and production of the uniforms, merchandise items, promotional postcards and seasonal menu changes. The restaurant crafted a signature brew, Freedom Trail Ale, which we branded and applied to sourced glassware. And drank.
